LOOK ရဲ႔ အသုံးအႏွဳန္းမ်ား

(1) look after    ၾကည့္ရွဴ ေစာင့္ေရွာက္သည္။
* Please look after the house while we are away .

(2) look down      အထင္အျမင္ေသးသည္ ။
*When she got married to a rich man , she looked down on the office girls she had work with .

(3) look at      (a) ၾကည့္သည္ ။
* Don't look at the sun .
                     (b)ၾကည့္ရွဴစစ္ေဆးသည္။
* Doctor , will you  look at my ankle ?

(4) look for / look about for      ရွာေဖြသည္ ။
* Are you still looking (about) for a job ?
* We have looked (about) for him everywhere .

(5) look in      ေခတၱ ၀င္လည္ ၀င္ၾကည့္သည္ ။
* I will look in on him when I get to town .
* The doctor will look in this evening .

(6) look into    စုံစမ္း စစ္ေဆးသည္ ။
* The police are looking into the murder .
* We will look into the question .
ဒီ၀ါက်မွာ question ဟာ ျပသနာ ဆိုတယ့္ အနက္နဲ႔ သုံးထားတာပါ ။

(7) look away      မ်က္ႏွာလႊဲလိုက္သည္ ။(တစ္ဖက္သို႕ ၾကည့္လိုက္သည္ ။)
* The scene of the accident was so terrible that I had to look away .
