You say I told you so when you had warned someone that something bad would happen and it did:

• 'The heating system doesn't work properly.'
  (အပူေပးစနစ္က ေကာင္းေကာင္းအလုပ္မလုပ္ဘူး။)
  'I told you so when you rented the flat, but you wouldn't believe me.'
  (မင္းတိုက္ခန္းငွားတုန္း ငါေျပာသားပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ မင္းငါ့ကို မယံုခဲ့ဘူး။)
  

The expression what did I tell you? has a similar meaning:
(What did I tell you? ဆိုတဲ့ အသံုးအႏႈန္းဟာလည္း တူညီတဲ့ အဓိပၸါယ္ရပါတယ္။)

•  I offered Jim the job, but he didn't turn up for work.'
  (ကြ်န္ေတာ္ ဂ်င္(မ) (Jim) ကို အလုပ္ေပးခဲ့ေပမယ့္ သူဟာ အလုပ္လုပ္ဖို႕ ေရာက္မလာပါဘူး။)

You can also use and that's that! to mean that something has ended or finished:
(and that’s that (ဒါပဲ) တစ္စံုတစ္ရာ ျပီးေျမာက္ေၾကာင္း (သို႔) အဆံုးသတ္ေၾကာင္းေျပာရာတြင္လည္း သံုးႏုိင္သည္။)
